No group chats, no social features, no distractions - just you and your partner. This policy explains
how we handle your personal information while keeping your relationship completely private and secure.

- Age verification (18+ confirmation required)
- Display name (chosen by you)
- Profile photo (optional)
- Couple ID (unique identifier for your relationship)

Communication & Activity Data:
- One-to-one private messages between you and your partner only
- Photos and media files shared in your private chat
- Online status and presence information (visible only to your partner)
- Message delivery and read status (private between you and your partner)
- Typing indicators (visible only to your partner)
- Favorites and saved messages
Note: OnlyUs only supports one-to-one conversations. We never collect group chat data,
social media interactions, or any communication outside your private couple chat. All messages are stored securely.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively to:
- Verify you meet our 18+ age requirement
- Enable secure one-to-one messaging between you and your partner only
- Sync your private conversations across your devices
- Provide presence indicators (online/offline status visible only to your partner)
- Deliver push notifications for new messages from your partner
- Maintain your private chat room security and prevent unauthorized access
- Provide technical support for your one-to-one chat experience
- Improve app performance and security features for couple communication
What we DON'T do: Create social networks, enable group chats, connect you with other users,
or facilitate any communication outside your one-to-one relationship.

occur only in these scenarios:
- You and your partner only: Your conversations are visible only to you two - no other
users can access your private chat
- Technical support: With explicit permission and only for troubleshooting your
one-to-one chat issues
- Legal requirements: If required by law, we'll notify you when legally permitted (note:
encrypted messages cannot be decrypted even if requested)
- Safety concerns: Only aggregated, non-identifiable data for preventing abuse in the
platform
We never work with: Advertisers, data brokers, social media companies, dating platforms, or
any third parties seeking user data for commercial purposes. OnlyUs will never become a social network or
enable connections beyond your one partner.

7. Age Requirement & Privacy
