Request Deletion of Your TaskMate Data

We understand that sometimes you may want to completely remove your data from our systems. We respect your right to privacy and will process your deletion request promptly and thoroughly.

In-App Deletion Coming Soon!

We're working on adding direct data deletion functionality within the TaskMate app. This feature will allow you to delete your data instantly without needing to contact us.

Important: This Action Cannot Be Undone

Once we process your deletion request, all your TaskMate data will be permanently removed from our systems. This includes all tasks, preferences, cloud sync data (if applicable), and account information.

Please make sure to export or backup any important data before proceeding.

Please use the same email address you used for TaskMate (if applicable)
This helps us locate your data faster. You can find this in TaskMate Settings > About

Deletion Details

For example: approximate date you started using TaskMate, any specific issues, etc.

This will open your email client with a pre-filled deletion request

What Happens Next?

Your deletion request will be sent to our privacy team via email

We'll verify your identity and send you a confirmation email

Data Deletion (48 hours)

All your data will be permanently removed from our systems

Completion Notice

You'll receive a final confirmation that deletion is complete
